How are these products unique in construction?

Spoonflower’s Duvet Covers have a few unique features that make them the ideal duvet:

  • A hidden zipper closure to make removing, washing and replacing your cover a breeze.
  • Comfort ties—instead of pesky buttons—on all four corners to ensure your insert stays in place without bunching.
  • Our duvet sizes range from twin—including XL—to California king.

Where are Spoonflower duvets made?

The Perennial Sateen Grand we use to sew these duvet covers is woven in Italy and then shipped to the US where designs are digitally printed. Talented sewists at a partner in Virginia and at our own facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina sew the duvet covers.

A light pink duvet cover with darker pink and white roses close together, is folded halfway down a bed exposing white sheets with pink roses grouped together, with matching pillow shams. They sit diagonal from two pillow shams which match the duvet cover. An extra-long pink lumbar throw pillow with pink roses, with red accents and green leaves separates the other pillows from the fold within the sheet and duvet cover. The bed is an aerial view as the hardwood floor surrounds the background.

What substrate do our duvets come in?

Sourced with sweet dreams in mind, Spoonflower’s duvet covers are constructed using Perennial Sateen Grand. This fabric is composed of 100% cotton sateen imported from Italy. It features rich color, fine detail and strong wash durability without compromising softness.

How do I care for my duvet?

We suggest machine washing your duvet cover in warm water and tumble dry it on low. You can iron it on a warm setting, as needed.

A creme-colored duvet cover with gold diamond shapes holding one gold circle within each inverted diamond. A folded grey sheet with speckles of white separates the duvet cover from a grey lumbar throw pillow with light and dark grey circles enclosing white and orange circles. A teal blue throw pillow with orange and blue birds is in front of two pillow shams that match the duvet, then two pillow shams that match the grey sheets. A wooden nightstand and lamp sit in front of a wall with curved lines and circles of different colors including teal, navy blue and gold, and geometric-shaped birds. A wooden bed frame supports the bed.
