Spoonflower’s 8 Days of Giveaways! {Now Closed}

We’re really feeling the holiday spirit around here, so we decided that for 8 days in December 2016, we’d give Santa Claus a break and give away a few things to all of you!  This giveaway was open worldwide beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Dec. 13, through Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 8:59 a.m. EST. A new prize draw (just one winner per day, winners may not win twice) was revealed each morning at 9:00 a.m. EST and was available for 24 hours. Congrats to all of our winners below on winning some of the hottest craft supplies of 2016!

Spoonflower’s’ 12 Days of Giveaways, Day Nine: Colette Sewing Handbook + 3 yards cotton silk

Day nine in our holiday giveaway series bring us to one of my favorite new sewing books, The Colette Sewing Handbook by Sarai Mitnick, owner and designer of Colette Patterns. Collette_Book

This beautifully crafted handbook features vintage-inspired patterns with simple and elegant details. Each of the book's five patterns (like the sweetly named Meringue skirt, and Pastille dress) is figured as a project, and offers fine fit and finishing techniques tailored to each garment.

The winner of today's giveaway also receives three cotton silk yards in Sarai's Spoonflower fabric design, Aqua Starburst. Featured below in the Jasmine blouse available on Colette Patterns, the print is also a lovely fit for the handbook's flutter-sleeved Taffy Blouse.
