Exciting Updates to the Spoonflower Design Challenges Platform

The Spoonflower Design Challenge platform just received a major upgrade. Keep reading to find out how these updates benefit both artists and voters.

Updates for Artists

Enter challenges confidently from a newly designed entry page which includes an accurate preview of how your design will look during voting.

Confirm your design fits the brief with a challenge description included right on the entry page.

Receive an immediate notification if your design doesn’t fit within challenge rules based on the time it was uploaded or the style of repeat.

View a snapshot of your Design Challenge record on your My Design Challenges page, which will show your total votes and rank for each challenge.

Updates for Voters

Enjoy a more relaxed voting process with the ability to save votes and come back to keep voting or edit votes at any time before voting closes.

Vote more easily on mobile by viewing designs in rows of two.

Vote more confidently with a clearer vote button, making it easier to distinguish between voting for a design or adding it to your favorites.

Review your voting history with an updated My Voting page which displays your votes given for each challenge, total votes given in all challenges, how many challenges you’ve voted on and how many top 10 winners you’ve chosen. (Please note that at first launch this page will only show new voting history. In the second release it will show your voting history for the past 12 years.)

Celebrate first-time winners now that there will be a badge on the results page identifying if it is an artist’s first time winning a Design Challenge.
