With both those things in mind, here’s a look at how six team members reduce landfill waste by using our table linens as intended as well as in other creative ways. Meet them below to learn about their favorite dining products and how they use them to beautifully wrap gifts, brighten up their homes, household chores and more. Favorite Spoonflower table linen: Table runners

Why do you love using our table runners? Spoonflower’s table runners are my absolute favorite. As a single piece of fabric, they add a touch of drama and change the scene of a table setting. I own several of these table runners with different designs and they are my absolute go-to for gifts. They’re small, so you can go bold with the design choices!

What’s one thing customers should know about them? I love the construction of our table runners with their double-stitched border. They provide an attractive focal point to table settings, come at varying lengths and are very versatile—you can use them as a runner but also in places like coffee tables and kitchen islands… I LOVE THEM!

Favorite Spoonflower table linen: Dinner napkins

Why do you love using our dinner napkins? I love using dinner napkins because they set a mood for any meal. I use them when guests come over and they’re always a conversation starter. Each napkin is a design by an artist which makes them so unique. Eventually, I want to buy loads of dinner napkins so that I never have to buy paper ones.

What’s the one thing customers should know about them? Wash the dinner napkins before you use them. It’s good to have them fresh and it also makes them softer.

Favorite Spoonflower table linen items: Cocktail napkins, tea towels

Why do you love using our napkins and tea towels? And how do you use them? I love using Spoonflower linens because they are the perfect replacement for paper products, which we do not keep in the house. Spoonflower cocktail napkins make it easy to keep the kids clean without using paper napkins. We love tea towels for drying our hands, dishes, dusting, wiping counters and cleaning up messes. Spoonflower linens are absorbent and dry fast, making them great for all of our needs. Bonus, the fun designs make it extra cool when we are entertaining.

What’s the one thing customers should know about our table linens? Our linens are my favorite gift to give. Looking for something personal and small, give a set of napkins. Want to go big? Tablecloths are a super special gift! I especially love gifting celebration-themed round tablecloths for birthdays in designs like Party Leopards Lanterns in Forest Teal Blues by danika_herrick and Party Cats Round Tablecloth by mottle&daub

Favorite Spoonflower table linen item: Tea towels

Why do you love using our tea towels? And how do you use them? They get better with age. I use them for drying, setting dishes on and as gift wrap.

What’s the one thing customers should know about them? Tea towels really look great in a variety of colors. I love all the designs; puns, empowerment and travel designs are my favorites. They are also a great beginner design project. The designs have no repeat and you can try out a bunch of techniques.

Favorite Spoonflower table linen items: Tea towels, dinner napkins

Why do you love using our tea towels and dinner napkins? And how do you use them? I love the fun designs and the way they just brighten up the dining space. The dinner napkins can be used as placemats, to wrap bread products, line trays, insulate containers, wrap gifts, keep herbs fresh and for their intended use as a napkin. We use the tea towels to dry wet dishes, as well as for table decor.

What’s the one thing customers should know about them? Both tea towels and dinner napkins are made out of our Linen Cotton Canvas, which has the best natural fiber content. (You can also order dinner napkins in Longleaf Sateen Grand™ as well, which is 100% cotton sateen!) They’re also eco-friendly and made with non-toxic inks.

Favorite Spoonflower table linen item: Tea towels

Why do you love using our tea towels? And how do you use them? I love putting my tea towels on my oven door and on hooks in the kitchen! My husband and I bought a house last September and it’s been really fun getting to add our touches. I’ve also used tea towels to wrap around small bags of ice or hot water for first aid!

What’s the one thing customers should know about them? Tea towels are a great idea for gift giving! It’s also fun to create designs using family recipes as a keepsake!
