The top of a quilt label sewn to the bottom left corner of a quilt has a navy box with a white crescent moon and small white stars that says “For your first dreams” in a white cursive font. In a white box underneath the navy box, someone has written “Welcome, Baby Ida! Love, Aunt Sarah” in black pen. The quilt has a yellow and white fabric border and a delicate pink floral print on one side and a pattern with crescent moons and clouds with sleepy eyes and soft smiles on the other.

About Jess: Jess Davis is an Atlanta-based interior designer who is passionate about creating layered, personal spaces. She is also the face behind luxury hardware line Nest Studio.

What is your favorite Spoonflower product and why?
That’s such a hard question because there is SO MUCH stuff on Spoonflower and so many talented artists. I really love this shibori-look fabric (Shibori Vine Reverse by pricedesigns) that I used in my daughter’s bedroom on the shades.

What customer feedback have you heard about this product?
It looks like a real shibori but because it’s printed we were able to scale it perfectly for the windows.

Two blue-and-white shibori style curtains are hung from two white window frames in a bedroom. Yellow leaves on trees are outside of each window. The room is painted a dark turquoise and the bed has a black frame and white-and-blue striped bedding. A gray cat is laying at the foot of the bed.

A blue-and-white shibori style curtain hangs from a white window frame in a bedroom. Yellow leaves on trees are outside of the window. The curtain and window are reflected in a large octagonal mirror above a wooden dresser that has a family photo, a stack of books and two small blue-and-white candles on it. The room is painted a dark turquoise. A white chair with brown piping is below the window.

A Good Catch

About Vicky: Originally from England, Vicky has designed packaging, dinnerware for major retailers and textiles for fashion. She moved from New York to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, 10 years ago, and now focuses solely on her own textiles.

What is your favorite Spoonflower product and why?
Linen Cotton Canvas. The printing is crisp and the fabric is durable.

What customer feedback have you heard about this product?
They love my T Towels.

Photograph of a close up of a white tea towel with three women standing underneath a large blue umbrella on a beach with the ocean behind them. Small blue birds are flying overhead and a black-and-white dog with a red collar is running to the left. The woman on the left is wearing a white-and-red swimsuit. The woman in the middle is wearing a white swimsuit with a skirt on the bottom. Her bathing suit has blue trim, a blue bow at the waist and small blue flowers. The woman on the right is wearing black sunglasses and a blue swimsuit with small white accents. The two women on the left both have a hand over their head as if they are keeping the sun at bay.

The tea towel in the middle has bright yellow lemons and yellow flowers with green leaves on a white background. The tea towel to the right is a bit out of focus, but has the same multi-floral print as tea towel on the left.

Gillian Grant of Gillian Valentine

Gillian Valentine

About Gillian: Gillian’s goal for Gillian Valentine is to create quality, one-of-a-kind products. The company’s core values are collaboration, creativity and sustainability. We have developed a line of home goods and decor using organic materials and original art from women around the world.

What is your favorite Spoonflower product and why?
The Organic Cotton Knit. It is luxurious, durable and easy to print on.

What customer feedback have you heard about this product?
The first response every customer has when they touch the pajamas is how soft and comfortable the material is. Over time, the feedback is how durable the material is and that the art doesn’t fade. Because of this, the pajama pants are really becoming more of a lounge pant. We also make pajama shorts and nightshirts out of the material. Young people buy our pajama shorts and wear them as a regular clothes because the material has such a great weight.

A model is sitting on a bed wearing a black v-neck t-shirt and pajama pants with small rows of brownish-orange and cream corgi behinds on them as if the corgis on looking in the opposite direction. The background of the design is white. A pillow with the same design is against the headboard. The woman is holding a small corgi puppy.
