So wrong! I would never buy those fabrics even at buck a yard. Ad some color to your quiz choices. To some of us trendy and popular is dull an boring. I don’t like white or light for decor. Or cloths. I like kids and pups. Can’t have dirt magnet mud dabbers in your life and light or white in bedspreads and pillows or cloths. It’s why most of my designs are WAC wild and colorful. I even made a prestained group of designs! LOL

I think if you want to use quizzes like this (which are a super cute idea!) as a way to help crafters find designers, you need questions about what we MAKE, not just what we like– and vary the \’what we like\’ options a LOT more. The three honestly very pretty, colorful, large-scale, watercolor florals that popped up are wrong for me in terms of why I use Spoonflower, what I like in home decor, what I wear, and what I\’m willing to invest the time into making. They\’re lovely! But they\’re not for me.

See, when I saw the quiz, I was expecting questions like… do I make my own clothes or shop off the rack, do I use a sewing machine or sew by hand, do I like to decorate my walls with art or shelves full of knickknacks, describe the kinds of prints I look for in three words. You know, something to help me find designers who have good selections of teeny tiny prints for doll clothes, because the reason I use Spoonflower is because finding teeny tiny prints to make doll clothes out of pretty much keeps me stuck in the quilter\’s cotton section of my local brick-and-mortar fabric stores.
