While trick or treating might not have started until the sun was beginning to set, local Spoonflower community members started their Halloween on the creative side with a morning of spooky ( and cute!) Halloween inspired crafts. Festive fabric pumpkins, wacky woven wallpaper jack-o-lanterns and fabric ghosts: these were just a few of the spooky and kooky projects created at the Kids Halloween Craft Event this past Saturday in the Spoonflower Greenhouse.
Participants spent the morning crafting spooky no-sew pumpkins and ghosts to get in the Halloween spirit!
The ghouls and gals took a break from making their no sew fabric pumpkins for a trick or treat tour of the Spoonflower operations facility, complete with phantom printers and spooky employees.
Unprinted woven wallpaper was a great base for personalized ghosts!
The lovely Spoonflower hosts for the morning, Gina and River, along with participants celebrated Halloween in festive costumes.
We’d definitely consider these spooky projects ones to DIY for!
Happy Haunting!
