Koi Fabric designed by Nagisawada
Satin is back and we couldn’t be more excited! Satin is a silky, lightweight 100% polyester woven fabric that is perfect for projects that benefit from high sheen and a soft hand. This luxurious fabric is easier to work with than other satins, its hand softens with washing, and its crisp bright colors hold up very well through repeated laundering.
Satin has a 54” printable width and is perfect for baby blankets, pajamas, robes, skirt and bag linings, ring pillows, pocket squares, and costumes.
Starting today, you’ll be able to order Satin. Try a test swatch to see how it feels and drapes or jump right in and order enough for your next sewing project. Be sure to check out more photos of the new fabric!

So excited to try out the Satin with some of my prints!
Satin was very nice at pillow back. Color and pattern is very pleasant. It has given a different style.
I like the effect Satin gives a quit and have been saving pieces to do an old fashioned mystery quilt using Satin, Velvets and other exotic rich fabrics. The problem I have always had is the way the edges fray, whether I use pinking shears or a baby lock machine which really adds to the bulk of seams on a quilt. Any suggestions?
Thank you, I just love this fabric. Every one of my designs just sing when printed on Satin. It is perfect for everything from dresses to wall hangings. Thank you again.
