We've had a wonderful book sitting on our shelves for a little while now at the Spoonflower office, Maya Donenfeld's Reinvention: Sewing With Rescued Materials. With chapters organized by the type of material you might be repurposing–linen, burlap, t-shirt jersey, wool, denim, Tyvek mailers, vintage textiles–this book isn't exactly in keeping with Spoonflower's purpose of printing new fabrics.  But the book is so lovely and so inspiring to us in our personal sewing projects–and January is our month to revamp and refresh–that we couldn't resist offering it up to you for giveaway today.  To sweeten the deal, we'll also throw in three yards of the Spoonflower fabric of your choice.  Give the new fabric its first purpose, then you can use the book to give your fabric another life down the road.  Follow the link below to enter our drawing for this giveaway. Entries close next Tuesday, 1/29 and we'll announce the winner on 1/30. Good luck to you all!

Last week, we gave away Red Velvet's e-course about how to "Style Your Space," and the winner was Ruth Duff.  Congratulations, Ruth, and we'll be in contact with you soon!
