WhimseyBox giveaway and craft business book winner

FEB 15, 2012 updated Apr 26, 2021

WhimseyBoxlogoTo me, one of the unexpected benefits of Stephen having started Spoonflower is that he is now well-versed in all things crafty and sewing-related.  If not actually a practicing member of the sewing obsessed tribe himself, he is fluent in the language and customs. This is mighty handy around gift-giving holidays, let me tell you!

Stephen also knows a good bit of crafty news when he sees it and runs across very cool things online now that he knows I'll like. WhimseyBox is among them. Launched just a couple of months ago in December of 2011, the WhimseyBox mission is to encourage creativity and experimentation with a monthly box of 4-5 carefully selected craft supplies delivered right to your doorstep. You can view a project gallery of pretty stuff people have made and get a sense of what's been boxed and sent so far.  Sounds like fun, don't you think?

WhimseyBox is still in invitation-only beta phase, but we can hook you up!  We're giving away a six-month subscription today to one lucky winner.  To enter, just leave a comment here or on the corresponding Facebook post, and please include your Spoonflower screen name so we can find you easily if you're our winner.  Entries close at 7pm EST, Tuesday, 2/21, and we'll announce a winner on Wednesday, 2/22. Good luck, all!  This giveaway is now closed.  We'll be announcing a winner later today.

Congrats to Colleen Lacy, winner of last week's giveaway of two craft business books, Handmade Marketplace and Craft, Inc. Hope they come in handy, Colleen.
