Spoonflower turnaround times are shrinking!

AUG 24, 2010 updated May 30, 2016

Fabric ready to ship It is with enormous relief that I can announce that Spoonflower's turnaround time for fabric orders is down to about 12 days, and by the end of the week it will be under 10 days again for the first time in several months. We are cranking out the fabric from our new production facility in Durham, North Carolina.

Our newly air-conditioned selves are very, very grateful for your patience as we've made this transition. We hope never to return to those bad old days of making people wait weeks for their lovely fabrics.

We owe everyone a video of our new office, which may have to wait another week or so, but we've also got an exciting announcement coming later today that I hope will partly make up for the fact that we've been so slow this summer. So stay tuned!

  • It’s really great to hear that the wait time has shrunk, I just LOVE Spoonflower. At my husband’s family reunion this last weekend I was able to tell everyone that I’m now a fabric designer. 😀 My mother-in-law’s face completely lit up when I showed her the fat quarter of my sheep fabric that I ordered a couple of months ago. It was completely priceless.
I do have a tiny question about the contest entries due today, what time exactly are they due?
