I’ve tried–unsuccessfully–to sign up to Spoonflower. Everything seemed to work fine, but the confirming email prompting me to choose a password never arrived. Sorry to use up comments bandwidth, but there’s no help link on your site. Big mistake not to have that (or to have it so buried that I can’t find it).
Hi-
How do you submit your fabric designs for consideration in the fabric of the week voting?
-Nicole (moster8me@sbcglobal.net)
Hey there. Sorry about the confirmation email problem. Our system emails simply do not get through certain firewalls, including those belonging to the US military, Stanford and — apparently — Harvard. We have not yet found a solution to this, but we are working on a registration process that does not require an email confirmation. If you happen to be an email wiz and have any tips, I’d love to hear them. You can ring us at 919-321-2949. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We have a form for entering designs in the contest, but keep in mind that we work through the list chronologically, so it may be a while before we get to your entry!

Stephen:
Thanks so much for getting back to me because I am eager to get some fabric
printed. Am working on designs right now.
The problem is that my name and work email address are associated with
Typepad because I set up two blogs with them. But I wanted my Spoonflower
registration to be connected to my home email: denise@spacewalk.com
That¹s the email I typed into the registration field. I guess this is a
Typepad matter, but I¹d really like it to be sorted out so that I can order
my fabrics!
Again, thanks for getting back to me and let me know how I can sign up.
Best,
Denise Waddington
I love this fabric. Your site is such an inspiration. Thanks! I’ve featured this and two other posts on my blog, The Handmade Experiment. Check it out! 🙂http://emilyflippinmaruna.wordpress.com/2009/06/12/inspiration-wednesday-on-uhm-friday/
