Each and every Thursday, Stephen spends a few hours composing Spoonflower's weekly email newsletter.  Sometimes it's on the sofa in the conference room, sometimes at a local coffee shop, and sometimes on vacation--but always with a caffeinated beverage and a power snack of some sort.  (Note the empty bag of barbecue chips at his feet.)
