Bug Update: International Orders

Bug update on our software release from yesterday (8-27-2008):
International orders now require a phone number -- which is a customs requirement and not something we made up -- but following the update yesterday our checkout process was not accepting phone numbers in International formats. That bug is now fixed. Apologies to the folks who got stuck in the error loop.

We also briefly had an error that affected folks checking out through Paypal. That was fixed about halfway through yesterday.
